Contact persons

• A contact person(s) may receive the results of a Protect4S VM scan.

In order to add contact persons, select the corresponding menu entry from the Protect4S VM launch pad:

This will open a new tab in your browser. By pressing the button "New", a new contact person may be added.

This will bring up a screen in which you must fill in various attributes of the contact person:

If the person in question already has an existing SAP User ID in the Protect4S system, some data may be imported automatically using the "Import SAP user data" button after supplying the SAP user ID.

The E-mail frequency is the period between notifications of newly finished scans and can be set one of the following values:

Notification Email frequency

Supply the data requested and save when finished. Repeat this for all relevant contact persons.
