Support

Support is included in your Protect4S VM license. In case of any issues or questions, please make sure to contact our support team.
When logged in Protect4S VM, you can also generate a support request by first selecting "Information and Support" at the top left hand of the menu and then selecting the option "Report a software defect" :

This will open a mail with a template text for the description of the problem.
